The original 1920s house was extended to the west in the 1970s and to the east in 2000 by OCA.
The existing render had failed so there was an opportunity to add insulation and a new render finish.
The original roof light had failed so there was an opportunity to upgrade this and add insulation to the roof.
The original arched timber window had failed so there was an opportunity to upgrade this with an aluminium framed window.
The 1970s extension was reworked to form a master bedroom and shower room.
The master shower room has a walk in shower and double basin vanity unit.
Oak lined wardrobes connect the master bedroom and shower room.
